Linkage Analysis
Linkage methods impact how current results are filtered and compared between surveys.
-
Attribute: scores reflect all respondents for the selected survey date who are within the respective segment. Changes reflect attribute-level differences, regardless of whether respondents with the respective attributes at each survey date are the same people.
-
Respondent: scores reflect all respondents for the selected survey date (within the respective segment) who also participated in the prior survey (regardless of prior segment). Changes reflect differences only for the respondents who participated in both surveys.
Note: When using the Respondent linkage method, overall ('All') scores may differ from company scores. Company scores always reflect scores from every respondent on the specified survey — regardless of participation in the prior survey.
