Responsibilities

 

  • Create project plan (typical duration is three months) for assigned client’s next Employee Experience survey

  • Hold discovery session with assigned client to identify business priorities and provide guidance on appropriate variables to measure on their next Employee Experience survey

  • Work with assigned client to address data quality issues on file submissions containing survey invitees and demographics

  • Create and deliver an executive presentation of key results and insights to inform action plans

  • Provide superior customer service and recommendations that improve outcomes that matter most to our clients

  • Address miscellaneous questions from the client during the project window

 

Qualifications

 

  • Master’s Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Development, or other related field

  • 5+ years of related experience; preferably within people analytics and/or organizational consulting disciplines

  • Advanced ability to reason through data and surface actionable insights

  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
