Are you passionate about leveraging people analytics to improve the lives of people and the success of organizations? Could you use some supplemental income for helping organizations understand and act on the insights surfaced through our platform?

At OrgAcuity, we feel strongly that a data-driven approach to improving employee well-being and the success of organizations should not be limited to a relatively small number of companies with the means of purchasing costly technology or hiring expensive data scientists. We believe every organization should have a robust people analytics capability and are committed to realizing this vision. We are looking for talented people science consultants who share our values and are motivated to advance our mission of building healthier, happier, and more productive organizations.
